Step 2: Custom 3D Design
What Happens:
Using professional 3D rendering software, I'll create a detailed digital version of your pool. You'll see exactly what it will look like the shape, the features, the materials, the lighting before we ever break ground.
Want to see what a raised spa looks like versus an integrated one? Curious about different tile options? We'll explore it all digitally.
What You'll Get:
Realistic 3D renderings of your pool design

Timeline: 1-2 weeks
This is your chance to refine everything. Change the tile, move the waterfall, adjust the depth whatever you need. We don't move forward until you're completely happy with the design.
Step 3: Transparent Investment Plan
What Happens:
Once the design is finalized, I'll provide you with a complete, itemized proposal. Every cost is spelled out clearly materials, labor, permits, everything.
You'll know exactly what you're paying for and why.

Detailed breakdown of all costs
Clear explanation of what's included (and what's not)
Timeline for the project
Payment schedule

What Happens:
This is where your pool comes to life. From excavation to the final splash, I manage every phase of construction with a team of skilled craftsmen I've worked with for years.

Week 1-2: Excavation & Plumbing
We dig the pool and haul away the dirt
Install all plumbing lines (returns, drains, skimmers, lights)

Week 3-4: Steel & Shotcrete
Install rebar framework for structural integrity
Apply shotcrete (gunite) to form the pool shell
This is when your pool really starts to take shape
Week 5-7: Tile, Coping & Decking
Install tile and coping around the pool edge
Pour and finish the concrete decking
